ABOUT JULIE MARLOW
FOUNDING PRINCIPAL​

WELLxDESIGN is led by designer and strategist Julie Marlow. With a bachelors degree in Psychology from Georgetown University and graduate degree in Interior Design from Parsons, The New School for Design, she uniquely combines her diverse experience to translate research into actionable strategies and develop thoughtful, human-centric environments that support wellbeing and performance.
Believing in the power of design to elevate the holistic human experience, Julie brings a novel storytelling, insight-driven perspective to the design field. She has strong background in visioning and concepting through to design execution, partnering successfully with a variety of organizations and partners to help them navigate the complex world of research, strategy and design to see their vision come to life.
Julie has worked at 3 of the top 10 Architecture and Design firms in the world.
She is National Council of Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) certified, a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) and Healthy Materials Advocate. She has also been a featured presenter, guest speaker and facilitator at a number of industry events and platforms, including International Interior Design Association (IIDA), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and Spec Matters.

WELLxDESIGN is a Design Firm rooted in Strategy + Interior Design while also providing expertise in facilitation, visioning and other services to clients. We work with real estate owners, design firms, consultants and industry organizations to win new work, thoughtfully begin projects, provide actionable strategies to inform design, as well as conceptualize and execute designs that elevate the human experience.​
